Cancellation policy
- More than 48 hours' notice — no charge
- 24–48 hours' notice — 50% of booked time
- Less than 24 hours' notice — full booked time
Payment terms
- Invoices issued in PDF on the day of assignment
- 30-day payment terms (Net 30)
- BACS / bank transfer preferred
- LAA legal aid rates accepted — separate rate schedule available on request
Translation services are uncertified. I am a qualified legal interpreter, not a sworn translator. Where certification is required (e.g. for Home Office or court submission), clients arrange this separately.
